How to install Linux (BackTrack) in a virtual machine - Part 1 On YouTube.

This tutorial shows how to back 4 to a VMDK (Virtual Machine Disk) in VMware Player and VMware Workstation with VMware Tools installed .. These steps can be used to install the operating system Linux or Windows. Remember, this is not the same as against an ISO directly, but rathering operating system installation, as you would on your hard drive, but still virtual. I also go beyond the resolution as the root to back off, change the user registration, and install VMware Tools.
